I usually drive pass a closer Cadillac service department and many other car service centers to drive to Greer from Fountain Inn for their customer service. This time my experience was not that great. Long wait after scheduling an appointment. I mentioned a meeting I had before scheduling. Must have been a bad day for everyone except the service rep that was assigned to me. From cashier to others seemed to be in a bad mood when I was trying to get information about my car and took me asking several times. I hope this was just them having one bad day.
